Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Exhibit oneself in a professional manner with appearance and communication
Cleanliness and attention to detail at all times
Requirements and skills
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate in Mixology a plus
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
POS experience strongly recommended
ServSafe of Madison County food handler card
Star Certified
