Job Overview:
We are seeking a vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Duties:

• Patrol and monitor event venues to maintain order and safety.
• Identify and report suspicious activities or potential security threats.
• Assist in managing crowds and directing foot traffic.
• Ensure compliance with event policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing appropriate assistance.
• Collaborate with event staff and law enforcement when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must meet the hiring requirements set by the state of Michigan for security guards.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
• Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the job, including walking and standing for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
