Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Companion to provide direct support and assistance to individuals who have developmental disabilities with various needs. As a DSP/Companion, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of those you support. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities: ** URENGTLY HIRING** | **FEMALE ONLY**

- Provide direct support to a 24 y/o female with autism

- Accompany her to social activities

- Foster a safe and supportive environment for client under your care

- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress

- Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Experience in human services, direct care, intellectual disabilities or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Caregiver, Group Home, DSP, Direct Support Professional, Home Health Aid, Resident Assistant
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and Vehicle Insurance

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
