Duties:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items, pastries, cakes, and cookies.

making bubble tea drinks, mocktails, fudge, smoothie, shakes, and other sweet treats.

- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality

- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a Baker or in a similar role

- Knowledge of pastry and culinary techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficient in using kitchen equipment, including knives and mixers

- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
