The Laborer will perform a variety of manual labor and operations tasks as required by the Refinery Manager, E & I Lead and Rotating Equipment Lead. This is a full-time regular position working Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 with a half hour off for lunch. The position is an entry level position for the Refinery. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or customers.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; and to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must frequently lift and carry 40 lbs. at least 20 yards. The employee must have the ability to climb towers up to 105 foot utilizing ladders and platforms and perform their job at those heights. Must be able to perform job functions wearing either half or full face respirators. Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions (extreme cold and warm weather). Specific vision abilities required by this job includes the ability to adjust focus.
