Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Route Supervisor. As a Route Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our delivery routes. Your role will involve ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products, managing a team of drivers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of delivery routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products - Manage a team of drivers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor driver performance and productivity, implementing corrective actions when necessary - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues that arise - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication - Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations - Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition - Assist in route planning and optimization to maximize efficiency Experience: - Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Familiarity with route planning software is a plus We offer competitive pay and benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
