Isabel Munoz - State Farm Agency, located in Burbank, CA has an immediate opening for an Insurance Account Manager. We seek an energetic, personable professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person for the job.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close online sales leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) required
  • Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Must be comfortable calling, texting, and emailing customers on a schedule
  • Must be able to overcome customer objections and ask for the sale.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
