About the role: We are looking for a project manager, co-manager or designer to contribute to a variety of project types and sizes with strong organizational and communication skills. The prospective candidate must have the ability to collaborate with other staff and be a team player.

While we value studio teamwork participation in person, we will consider an individual mix of in-office and remote time to support a healthy work/life balance.

Responsibilities and Skills: Programming and space planning

• Conceptual design and material research
• Research and reporting writing
• Existing Conditions Assessment
• Construction document management and production; technical drawing and specification writing
• Ability to manage competing project demands and balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail oriented
• Work with owners and contractors

Candidate Requirements:

• B. Architecture degree preferred or related field plus 3 years’ experience
• Architectural License desirable
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit preferred
• Adobe Photoshop and 3-D rendering skills preferred
• SketchUp and Enscape skills desirable
• Historic Preservation experience is a plus
