We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at BAR COPA. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for food, wine, and mixology, and creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials, and promotions
- Assist in stocking inventory, replenishing supplies, and performing routine maintenance tasks

Skills:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management purposes
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
