Responsible for development of company’s quality strategy, establishing QC control standards, processes, and metrics, identifying potential quality risks and issues, conducting internal and external quality audits to assess compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for enhancement. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards for incoming materials and components. Supervise and train a team of quality professionals, including Quality Analysts and Inspectors.
POSITION REQ:
Master’s degree in engineering (Quality, Automotive, Mechanical) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or engineering in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
