• Position: Japanese Bilingual Sales Coordinator / Assistant

Requirements:

• Business level of Japanese language skill in speaking, reading, and writing
• Experience on sales support or assistant for at least 1 year
• Experience/knowledge on customer service and logistics / supply chain
• Experience/knowledge on manufacturing
• Experience on SAP preferred
• Great communication skill will be invaluable
• Computer skills

Job description:

• Manage sales orders and customer inquiries
• Communicate in Japanese with Japanese Headquarter in Japan
• Coordinate logistics and shipping/delivery and ensure the delivery
• Communicate with customers via email and/ or phone call
• Check, manage inventory level, and report if there is any issue
• Create documentations and input data into system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
