Summary: Assist in editing and publishing content for H-J Sales.

Essential Functions

• Works with creative team to develop original design concepts for branding, emails, social media, banner ads, landing pages, print ads, direct mail, print collateral, corporate material and other creative assets as needed.
• Reviews production ready art for printed material such as flyers, sell sheets, catalogs, and product documentation.
• Reviews art for trade show graphics and product callouts
• Reviews art for promotional items.
• Reviews e-mail and social media posts and other lead generation activity.
• Reviews and maintains the companies’ websites.
• Maintains corporate design standards across all development.
• Maintains brand standards and brand book.
• Supports sales teams with presentations and presentation items.
• Supports sales with customer interface in supplying and/or uploading product information for the customer electronic and print needs.
• Supports multiple projects on tight deadlines when required.
• Routinely produces quality work even under deadlines.
• Ensures proper workflow and procedures are followed.
• Helps develop and bring new creative ideas to the business to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
