About Us:
- Locations: Fall Creek Place, Mass Ave, Fountain Square, and Irvington
- Mass Ave Location: Opened in August 2012, located on East Street, just off Massachusetts Avenue at 625 N East St., Indianapolis, IN 46202
- Team: Currently a growing four-doctor team
- Facilities: Three exam rooms, a pharmacy, treatment area, surgery room, x-ray, and dental area
- Services: Wide range of services including annual exams, dental cleanings and surgery, spay/neuter surgeries, diagnostic imaging, dermatology, cold laser therapy, and advanced surgeries.
