Job Summary:
Bob Boyte Chevy, a leading car dealership in Biloxi, Mississippi, is seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. As the Receptionist/Cashier, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, answering phone calls, and conducting financial transactions at the cashier desk. This is an individual contributor role where you will work independently but also collaborate with other members of our administrative team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department or person
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or employee
- Process financial transactions at the cashier desk including accepting payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash register
- Maintain clean and orderly lobby and reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with other administrative team members to ensure efficient operation of the dealership
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or cashier preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with financial transactions and handling cash
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work part time hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
