Bilingual Receptionist - Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist. In this position you will provide administrative support to keep the office running efficiently.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
• Responsible for providing exceptional customer services.
• Answer general questions that residents and contractors have about the condominium.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying and filing

OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES :

Ability to work in the United Sates

Experience / Knowledge / Abilities :

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish
• Maintains a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as handling a detail oriented workload

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $17.00 per hour

Benefits :

• 6 paid holidays per year after 1 year of work.
• 10 days of paid vacation after 1 year of work.

Schedule : 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
