The Part-Time Landscape Staff is part of the Maintenance group.

An individual in this position should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. He/she should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities/Experience:

• Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds.
• Plants annual flowers, mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, and maintains outside of building.
• Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties. 
• Maintain properties using hand, power or riding equipment. General experience with power equipment.
• Cultivation experience planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes.
• Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle ice down to maintain a safe facility during inclimate weather.
• Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, power washing, general carpentry and other maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to complete tasks autonomously.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
• Experience with hard scape installation, cement, lighting, water, and furniture is a plus.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Core hours are M-F part-time hours. Additional scheduled on-call shifts and adjustments to hours for seasonal needs are part of this position.

Must have own transportation including in inclement weather, a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and in team settings as well.

Successfully complete and pass: a criminal background check and driver's license check.

Must be able to carry 50lbs.
