Holiday Inn Express Algonquin is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Algonquin, IL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. We are hiring for 2 of our hotels... Holiday Inn Express Elkhorn Wisconsin and Holiday Inn Express Algonquin Illinois. Each hotel is 40 mins away from each other. We are looking for someone to work in both or just one.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Assist with project coordination as needed
- Transcribe information and documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Proficient in Google Suite and other office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in calendar management is a plus
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist would be advantageous
