 Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, organized and outgoing Brand Ambassador/ Activity Director to establish fun events within our venues, represent our company, and create connections with our community. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales by planning and overseeing both recreational and social activities, engaging with guests and creating a positive image of the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the brand, guest connections and the ability to build strong relationships with guests. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the Brand: Actively promote and represent the brand at various events, locations, and online platforms.

• Community Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to create a positive brand experience, answer questions, and provide information. 

• Community Event Participation: Source, attend, and participate in festivals, farmers markets, and other promotional events to showcase the brand. 

• Brand Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s offerings and marketing initiatives.

• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with customers, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance brand visibility. 

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in grassroots marketing, community service, teaching and customer service preferred. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all departments within the location i.e. FOH, BOH, Sales team etc... 

• Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, patient and FUN.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions effectively.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events. 

Education: 

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Education or a related field.
