About the Position: The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service consultations across all salon services. This includes assessing client needs, scheduling appointments, and promoting and selling a minimum of $3,000 worth of products and services per month. Adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining salon cleanliness and organization, are paramount to this role's success.

Physical Demands:The position entails various physical demands requiring stamina and flexibility. You will be expected to stand, bend over, use repetitive motions, and walk for approximately 80%-90% of your working hours.Constant Tasks (More than 66% of the time): Engaging in constant verbal communication and active listening while performing job duties.Frequent Tasks (34-66% of the time): Utilizing the sense of touch, reaching overhead and outward, sitting, standing, walking on standard surfaces, bending, grasping/holding, operating a keyboard and/or ten-key, and performing tasks requiring fine dexterity and repetitive hand motion.Occasional Tasks (1% - 33% of the time): Engaging in activities that involve the sense of smell.Rare Tasks (Less than 1 hour per week): Occasional lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs., pushing/pulling items up to 10 lbs., climbing, kneeling, squatting, and walking on slippery or uneven surfaces.

Schedule:

• Part-Time/Full-Time, Monday-Saturday
• Shift needed: From 9AM - 530PM
• Shift needed: From 11AM - 730PM
• Shift needed: From 4PM - 730PM
