What You Will Get To Do: Design and lead the implementation of enterprise data solutions, ensuring optimal data storage, integration, and retrieval performance across multiple platforms. Architect scalable, robust, and secure data systems to support big data analytics and business intelligence capabilities. Develop and maintain a data strategy that aligns with organizational goals, including data policies, standards, governance, and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and system interfaces. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of database technologies and tools to meet business needs. Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy regulations are met. Oversee and mentor a team of data architects and engineers, promoting continuous learning and innovation within the team. Manage and optimize data architecture budgets and timelines. What You Will Bring: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data integration, data warehousing, and database design. Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies, data modeling tools, and ETL tools. Strong understanding of cloud-based data strategies and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in implementing data governance and data security practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable business insights. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer). Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science practices. Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark Streaming). Prior experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare) could be advantageous, depending on the organization's focus. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
