Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our establishment, including cash handling, banquet services, food preparation, catering, and supervising staff. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control
- Utilize POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, for order processing and tracking
- Plan and execute catering events as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Proficient in banquet services, food preparation, and catering operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
