Gresham James Hotels, LLC, formerly known as Magnolia Lodging, LLC, seeks an experienced, service-driven individual for a FULL-TIME Bartender for our SpringHill Suites Dallas Richardson/University Area.

We currently have eight hotels in our portfolio in the greater Dallas area and one in Houston. The ideal candidate for this position has prior bartending experience. Shifts are 3pm until 11pm, including weekends and holidays; must be flexible. Good spoken and written communication skills, excellent time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers accurately and efficiently, while maintaining positive and friendly guest interactions. The purpose of this position it to interact with the hotels guests and ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge. The Bartender is able to mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations.
