Ai Builders Inc is Hiring a Project Manager Near Fort Worth, TX

AI Builders is seeking a Project Manager to join our no-nonsense Project Management team. As a big picture thinker, our Project Manager maintains the ability to work together as a team our subcontractors and superintendents in the field. While working as a lead member of a project team, a Project Manager is responsible will provide clients with scope and specification development, permit execution, vendor coordination and quality assurance control systems.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive construction strategies.
  • Negotiate and prepare agreements, bid packages, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and specialists.
  • Execute communication procedures and tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee all construction activities, from design coordination to project closeout.
  • Provide regular progress reports to clients.
  • Review and respond to project-related documentation.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance and SAFETY
  • Prioritize and meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to navigate and resolve commercial/municipal construction project issues.
  • Capacity to prioritize, meet deadlines, and ensure quality and safety.
  • Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage Corecon, AutoCAD & Bluebeam
