Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Loan Officer Data Base & Appointments, Manage the Lead Tracker & Leads Until under contract,Become the Point of Contact & Deliver a WOW experience.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE

  • SFG Essential Knowledge Chart (Level I) for Loan Partner (NMLS)

  • SFG Essential Knowledge Chart (Level II) for Loan Partner Intake

  • SFG Essential Knowledge Chart (Level III) for Loan Partner Admin

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • No Experience Necessary (LP Admin)

  • 1 Year Customer Service related field (LP Intake)

  • NMLS License & 2 Year Mortgage Experience (Loan Partner)

  • DISC Test

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Strong Communications Skills

  • High Organizational Skills

  • Efficient in Problem Solving

  • Ability to work in team environment

  • Ability to work without supervision

LOAN PARTNER, ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ADDENDUM)

  • Loan Partner Admin

    • Set all Consultation appointments for Loan Officer / Team Leader

    • Confirm all appointments and ensure Video Link has been received by Client(s)

    • Manage the Birthday Program, Thank You Notes, and LOTH or EOS

    • Manage Gifting

    • Coordinate EDDM and / or Marketing Campaign for Loan Officer / Team Leader

    • Manage Customer Service Survey's at Closing

    • Coordinate Lunch & Learns or Happy Hour Events

    • Update CRM (BNTOUCH) with previous months Fundings

    • Introduce WE NEED YOUR HELP & ALL ABOUT ME forms

  • Loan Partner Intake

    • Takes and Schedules initial call for new leads

    • Call leads back within 30 Minutes of receiving it

    • Updates the Referral Source every time contact attempt or contact made with Leads

    • Follows up on Leads Until Appointment is set (call at least 10 times)

    • Set all Consultation appointments for Loan Officer / Team Leader

    • Confirm all appointments and ensure Video Link has been received by Client(s)

    • Give clients a verbal list of what to bring or have available for the Consultation

    • All Leads added to Lead Tracker

    • Maintain a 40% or higher conversion rate from Lead to Consultation appointment

    • Collect all documentation and Loan Application (Zip) and pull Credit Report or Soft Qual

    • Work with Credit Simulator(s) to recommend higher Credit Score opportunities to Client(s)

    • Collaborate with Pre-Approval Specialist to ensure Prequal or Pre-Approval is achieved

    • Introduce WE NEED YOUR HELP & ALL ABOUT ME forms

    • Establishes themselves as an alternate Point of Contact for Clients

    • Assists the Processing Team with gathering PTD's from Clients as needed

  • Loan Partner (NMLS Licensed)

    • Responsible for Loan Partner Intake position / tasks (as needed)

    • Delivers a WOW Experience from Contract To Close

    • Establishes themselves as the Main Point of Contact with Client(s)

    • Introduces themselves to Escrow & Real Estate Agents upon contract acceptance

    • Presents Interest Rate and Pricing Options to Client(s)

    • Borrower Pre-Close Call to review and confirm the Closing Disclosure

    • Generates 1 Current Client Referral per transaction

    • Ensures completion of WE NEED YOUR HELP & ALL ABOUT ME forms

    • Ensures file reaches CTC within a timely manger

    • Theme Day: Update Calls to Clients only (LO Does the Real Estate Agent Updates)

    • Pipeline meeting weekly

    • Maintain constant product and guideline knowledge

    • Assist with Prequal or Pre-Approvals as needed

    • Assists the Processing Team with gathering PTD's from Clients as needed

    • Collaborate with Processing Team to ensure all Loans Close on time and smoothly

    • Manage Customer Service Survey's at Closing
