We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Operations Manager, with a focus on managing and serving as an Event Lead. This position will play a vital role in assisting with office organization, costume logistics and repair, event execution, and overall coordination of cast members. The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Marketing and Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of events and contribute to the overall success of our entertainment initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Take charge of organizing and executing events, ensuring they align with the company's standards of excellence.
• Manage event logistics, including casting, costuming, wigs, and occasional client communications, in accordance with company protocols.
• Develop and implement efficient event management strategies to streamline processes and enhance guest experiences, reflecting the company's commitment to quality.
• Supervise and guide Event Leads in their roles, serving as a central point of contact for coordination and problem-solving.
• Perform wig restyling and costume repair and maintenance to ensure items adhere to company standards for each event.
• Oversee the timely repair and restyling of costumes and wigs to eliminate issues and uphold quality standards for future use.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Prior experience in stage managing or event coordination
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry and its trends
• Familiarity with wig and costume maintenance techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Preference given to applicants with consistent weekend availability

In addition to these key responsibilities and skills, it's important to note that this role will predominantly act in an Event Lead capacity for our larger clients. Given the seasonal nature of our industry, you can expect to have more hours dedicated to Event Leading and office organization during peak seasons, particularly from September to December and less hours in other months.
