We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Operations Manager, with a focus on managing and serving as an Event Lead. This position will play a vital role in assisting with office organization, costume logistics and repair, event execution, and overall coordination of cast members. The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Marketing and Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of events and contribute to the overall success of our entertainment initiatives.

In addition to these key responsibilities and skills, it's important to note that this role will predominantly act in an Event Lead capacity for our larger clients. Given the seasonal nature of our industry, you can expect to have more hours dedicated to Event Leading and office organization during peak seasons, particularly from September to December and less hours in other months.
