Job Summary:
Join our team as a Door-to-Door Canvasser and play a vital role in connecting homeowners with our clean energy solutions. In this role, you'll conduct local door-to-door canvassing to set appointments for our solar experts, aiming to connect with homeowners and schedule qualified appointments. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team. Your objective? Generating sales leads and cultivating a pipeline of future customers through memorable, personal connections. If you're a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a winning attitude, we want you on our team!

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct local door-to-door canvassing to set appointments for our solar experts.
  • Briefly educate potential customers on the numerous benefits of clean energy and our extensive range of products and services with the intention to set meetings.
  • Maintain open communication with sales leadership, providing regular updates on sales activities for transparency and collaboration.
  • Travel to various locations to connect with prospective customers, ensuring a widespread outreach.
  • Represent Valour with the utmost professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Engage in daily in-person conversations with homeowners to promote our clean energy solutions.
  • Canvass neighborhoods of our previous customers to build on existing relationships and expand our reach.
  • Set and confirm appointment times efficiently by direct communication with our leadership team.
  • Generate sales leads and build a pipeline of future customers by creating a memorable, personal connection.
  • Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week; Valour requires full dedication, not a side hustle.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
  • Ability to independently learn and adapt quickly to training in a timely manner.
  • Door to Door experience a HUGE plus
  • Winning attitude and commitment to excellence.
  • Teachable and coachable – follow proven systems.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, integrity, and motivation.
  • Highly motivated by money and personal growth.
  • Must be 18 or older
