We're seeking an enthusiastic full time Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Field Marketing Team, serving as the vibrant face and compelling voice of our brand across retail stores.

Our Brand Ambassadors hold a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with spearheading the local/regional territory encompassing the five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island.

Our primary goal? Maximizing sales and bolstering brand awareness throughout the region. With a strong emphasis on flawless store-level execution, supporting our Area Sales Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully execute in-store product demos and couponing events (10 per week), maximizing our brand's visibility with each interaction.
• Take charge of all Waku-affiliated stores, overseeing inventory management, and demo activations
• Build partnerships with retailers and store managers within your assigned territory.
• Maximize the visibility of our brand in-store, constantly pushing for additional placements and facings to amplify our presence.
• Ensure thorough reporting after each demo and couponing event, providing valuable insights for future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team, aligning with calendar promotions and deals to maximize impact.
• Educate and enlighten customers, retailers, and distributors about our products, fostering deeper connections and understanding.
• Monitor customer feedback diligently, swiftly escalating any concerns or complaints to the marketing department for prompt resolution.

Requirements:

• Personal Car
• Clean driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Brand Ambassador experience
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
• The job will require 5 full days of work 2 free days a week (Sundays & Tuesdays)
• Willingness to travel to retail accounts daily, engaging in regular face-to-face interactions during selling scenarios.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
• Committed and responsible
• Ability to lift cases of product and other brand materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt communication styles based on the audience.
• Enthusiastic about and comfortable working in an early-stage company, demonstrating agility in a dynamic environment.
