We are an Insulation and Roofing services seeking an Assistant Project Manager Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist in writing proposals, preparation and reviewing project documentation, contracts, and budgets.
• Manage and support change order management process by obtaining pricing and developing estimates
• Responsible to maintain Record Drawings and/or As-Built Drawings

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• AutoCAD experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
• Experience writing proposals is a must.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
