Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, diagnose and treat dental conditions, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Duties:
- Perform dental examinations
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and oral infections
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental software systems
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education
Skills:
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protocols
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
