JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Escrow Officer to manage the closing process of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law, finance and title insurance. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing documents, holding and disbursing funds, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders. Applicants should have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple transactions and the ability to resolve issues promptly. A license in escrow is required.

WHAT YOU DO EVERY DAY
· Process and finalize real estate deals
· Ensure all aspects of the property agreement have been met
· Complete legal paperwork
· Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of real estate
· Ensure fulfillment of necessary legal requirements for property title transfer
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Possess a valid escrow officer license issued by the State of Utah.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Must have a minimum of five years experience in industry
