Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Exterior Cleaning Technician that could lead to a full-time position, with experience in window cleaning and pressure washing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. This position is commission-based, providing you with an opportunity to directly impact your earnings based on the amount of work completed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients
• Provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, soft washing, and pressure washing services
• Uphold our high standard of service and customer satisfaction
• Work safely and efficiently, respecting both client property and company equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window cleaning and pressure washing is a must but we can train you
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working at height like ladder and roof
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Have a valid driver license
• Have a clean background check
