Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and attend training sessions as required

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Understanding of food industry regulations and best practices for safety and sanitation
- Proficient in basic math skills, including calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in retail math for inventory management purposes is a plus
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
