Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join Rocky Oaks Goat Creamery . As an Assistant, you will work with our cheese making staff to produce our cheeses and prepare them for market. The ideal candidate is an energic flexible committed individual with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. `\

Duties``` - Assist in cheese room with cheese making process, package cheese, clean equipment and environment and other tasks needed for successful cheese making. Experience``` - The preferred candidate is able to work independently and or as a team member. Experience in food preparation, food safety desirable. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
