Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Western Territory Director of K-12, at Acxion Foodservice. The Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of K-12 Specialists and our K-12 initiatives in the West region. This includes developing and executing strategies, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, driving profitability, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to travel 50% or more, is required. Prefer home based in CA, TX or CO

Qualifications

• Proven experience and success in K-12 foodservice
• Knowledge of USDA Commodity Processing
• Thorough Understanding of USDA NSLP Regulations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of foodservice industry trends and best practices
• Analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple directives and projects simultaneously.
