Job Summary:
Experienced residential cleaners are highly encouraged to apply, and will receive higher pay based on how many years you are in the industry. At Max Maid Cleaning we really care about our team just as much as our clients.
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential properties. The ideal candidate must have experience in residential cleaning and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Perform general house cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Launder and iron clothes as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Perform floor care duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Own your own vehicle to drive to cleanings
- Willing to complete a background/criminal record check
- At least 2 relevant job references
Experience:
- Must have 2 years of experience in residential cleaning
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Skills:
- Sanitation knowledge

- Experience in hotel or custodial settings is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care techniques is beneficial
