Responsibilities

• Complete the Strategic Partners Launch program
• Implement weekly lead generation systems provided by Strategic Partners
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
• Negotiate purchase offers and leases
• Record tasks and activities using Strategic Partners Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Engage in daily skill building sessions as per team guidelines
• Take part in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and partner calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and implement strategic plan for their properties
• Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

• Real Estate License: Must hold an active real estate license in the state of New York or be in the process of obtaining
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-Motivated: Highly driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
