Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food service and exceptional guest experiences. Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Ensure accuracy and quality of food orders before delivering them to guests
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of guests

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management systems is a plus
- Basic culinary knowledge is an asset

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
