NestWell Health LLC is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Arlington, VA

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant to provide essential assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various caregiving tasks to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.

**Duties:**

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements

- Perform LIGHT housekeeping duties such as cleaning and organizing living spaces

- Engage in activities that stimulate the mind and body of clients

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Maintain accurate medical records and report any changes in the client's condition to the Administrator

**Qualifications:**

- Valid and active Virginia HHA or PCA certification

- Proven experience in caregiving or related field

- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures

- Familiarity with memory care practices

- Strong interpersonal skills for working with people of all ages

- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals

- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently
