Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate pick-up and delivery of orders, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing logistics operations efficiently. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to manage others in the logistics department as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders promptly to ensure timely customer satisfaction.
• Visit FedEx locations for shipping and receiving tasks.
• Drop off and pick up medical equipment from local technicians for repairs and maintenance.
• Pack items securely and generate the necessary paperwork for shipments.
• Reach out to hospitals or customers to schedule pick-ups and drop-offs of equipment.
• Organize the office to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Proven experience in packing and shipping items.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to lift and move heavy weights.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable form of transportation.
