Parkway Periodontal Group is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Des Moines, IA

Parkway Periodontal Group is a multi-doctor, private, well-established speciality dental practice in West Des Moines. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our patients while maintaining a fun, balanced, values-driven, and team-oriented atmosphere.

The Front Desk/Patient Coordinator’s main job responsibility is to ensure our patients' non-clinical needs are met and questions are answered. This is done by assisting with insurance verification, patient check-in, answering multi-line phone system, maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and schedule prepping. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be reliable and team oriented. Dental front office experience is preferred.
