Position Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assists in cafe preparation and collaborates with Culinary Manager.
Helps in the preparation of drink menu.
Assists with dining service, dining room cleanliness, inventory, and management of supplies.
Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the dining room performance.
Submit request for product ordering and inventory.
Monitors and maintains
Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the café and dining room.
Responds to client needs and requests personally.
Other duties as assigned
