Responsibilities :

Brochure Distribution Mastery :

• Set up and maintain all brochure distribution points.
• Manage distribution centers to ensure brochure racks are fully stocked.
• Conduct monthly visits to State Welcome Centers.

Coordination Extraordinaire :

• Coordinate intercept programs for hotels, motels, restaurants, ticket outlets, etc.
• Be the driving force behind Area Appreciation shows, VIP Programs, apple turnover deliveries, parades, and Timeshare presentations.

Strategic Planning and Execution :

Develop and execute plans to achieve marketing objectives through the Marketing Plan.

Community Engagement :

• Attend all meetings in the assigned area, fostering relationships with Chamber meetings, Business after Hours, and more.
• Be an effective leader and participant in area communities, maintaining an ethical environment beyond reproach.

Reporting and Communication :

• Keep the Marketing Manager informed of market events.
• Turn in weekly reports each Monday morning, planning for the week ahead.

• Conduct site inspections of special clients or media.
