Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a customer-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate features, and explain benefits to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets by recommending additional items to customers (upselling)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Experience:
- Proficiency in cash handling and retail math
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
