General Overview:

As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the construction material digital solutions. As a key player, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, easy-to-use and visually appealing interfaces to enhance the overall user experience and drive the Company's digital products portfolio to new heights. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, translating these insights into actionable design solutions.

- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and development teams.

- UI/UX Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with business goals, and effectively implemented.

- Design Iteration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, conducting usability testing and refining designs to continuously improve the user experience.

- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across all platform features and updates.

- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into the design process.

- Documentation: Create comprehensive design documentation to guide development teams and ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

- Quality Assurance: Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high design standards and address any usability issues.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product design, preferably within a technology-driven environment or e-commerce platform.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects, demonstrating a clear understanding of UX/UI principles.

- User Research: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to design.

- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically to solve complex design challenges.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
