As Homeland HomeCare’s CNA you would provide specialized care, personal care, and housekeeping/companion services to clients in the home, or other environments where the client resides, following an established individualized plan of care and under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Our CNAs provide care and comfort to clients by assisting with ADLs and monitoring clients through observation, documentation, and reporting of any changes.
