Responsibilities:
- Utilize statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to analyse large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Design, develop, and implement predictive models and algorithms to drive actionable insights and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging AI and machine learning.
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and workflows to production environments.
- Evaluate and experiment with new technologies and techniques to enhance predictive accuracy and model performance.
- Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations, reports, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with big data technologies and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI domains.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Publications or contributions to the AI and machine learning community (e.g., research papers, open-source projects, etc.).
