```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with their daily activities. Your role will involve promoting independence, ensuring the well-being of clients, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

```Responsibilities:```
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as needed
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare providers

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals requiring personal care assistance
