We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical duties and possess excellent phone etiquette. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, utilizing organizational skills and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Assist with administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical office setting
- Proficient in Google Suite applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to transcribe and type accurately
- Knowledge of medical office receptionist duties is a plus

• 8 hour shift
