Job Description

This person will oversee and manage the company's daily operations. They will ensure efficient and effective processes, driving profitability, and leading a team of employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and optimize the allocation of resources to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee work in progress to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with team leaders to develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of employees.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies for new market expansion.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, profit loss analysis, strategic planning, process improvement, sales, business development, leadership, and supervision
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting.
