We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home(client’s home)Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
